Being naughty is a good thing this year…
More than just your typical “zombie” movie, Christmas With The Zombies marries humor with just the right amount of suspense and terror, resulting in a future cult classic.
It’s Christmas Eve in a small Midwest town; the high school kids are let out early for the holidays. The town square is decorated for Christmas. Twelve volunteer Santas are done collecting donations for the day. There is an accident at the nuclear power plant and a contagious virus is released.
The nightmare begins when NORAD shoots down Santa or…do they? While tracking Santa and his reindeer on their annual pilgrimage around the world, an unidentified aircraft threatens the local nuclear facility. Determined to keep America safe, NORAD swings into action warning off the errant plane. With no response to their multiple warning calls, NORAD is forced to take action when the plane suddenly drops off the radar.
The plane crashes into the lake located near the nuclear plant and a sleigh with eight authentic looking reindeer fly out of the crashed plane and crack through the ice covered lake. Quickly refreezing half in and half out of the water…it does, indeed, look like NORAD has shot down Santa. The pilot, strangely dressed as Santa, the co-pilot and flight engineer, even more strangely dressed as elves, are thrown from the plane, into a pool of glowing goo.
Ethan a high school senior and his high school freshman sister Rusty discover the Santa sleigh and reindeer. Meanwhile the contaminants have had time to work their hideous magic on the poor Santa and his Elves and the zombies are on the loose.
Back at the high school, the finishing touches are being applied to the Christmas Eve floats in the auto shop garage by best friends, Izzy, martial-artist expert and Ralphie the faithful not so street-smart sidekick. The twelve Santas arrive at the high school to drop off their collection kettles in the auditorium. Each Santa is assigned a location throughout the small friendly town to “play” Santa. Unfortunately “plane crash” Santa has emerged from the frozen abyss as your worst nightmare Santa and he is looking for recruits. Who better to fill his army from the underworld than fellow Santas? They spread throughout the town spreading Holiday Fear instead of Holiday Cheer.
Meanwhile back at the lake, Ethan and Rusty realize that they are now on the hunt for ZOMBIES. First stop…the high school to warn and recruit their friends. They find their friends Izzy and Ralphie working on the float, and then meet up with their friend Marcus, brilliant All-State quarterback. Investigating ominous sounds coming from the auditorium, they discover a strangely quiet bloody battleground…clearly something has happened and it can’t be good. The blood covered assignment list of locations for each of the twelve Santas of Christmas is found and The Gang begins their adventure.
This diverse group of friends must band together and follow the list to destroy
each and every Zombie Santa before the curse can spread throughout their town.
Follow The Gang from venue to venue as they trap and eliminate each Zombie Santa.
Throw in a conspiracy theorist Gulf War Vet and local Sheriff and you have the perfect mixture of camaraderie, loyalty, terror, humor, and ZOMBIES. The race is on to save the town and all of humanity from the Twelve Zombie Santas of Christmas.
Destined to become a Christmas classic with an annual reoccurring revenue stream, this new twist on the old zombie genre will have them coming back year after year.
Merry Zombie Christmas…HO…HO…HO…
